What is the Global Careers Series?

The Global Careers Series is a unique opportunity for students from five globally-minded universities to find out about careers overseas in a series of panel events that take you around the globe. Students from all five participating universities are welcome to attend any event, which will take place between November 2016 and February 2017.

The participating universities are as follows:

  1. City, University of London
  2. Goldsmiths, University of London
  3. King's College London
  4. SOAS
  5. University College London

Each event will follow a similar format, bringing together panelists from a variety of different backgrounds who all share an interest in working overseas. The panel will discuss the various challenges and opportunities associated with working overseas.

Panel members may include:

  4. International Employers
  5. Government Representatives

During the session you will have the chance to ask questions directly to the panelists. There will be a networking event immediately after the event allowing you to connect with like-minded globally-aware and culturally agile individuals from across London.
